Six Months Into Your Photo 365 And Running Out Of Gas? Here's Some Ideas For You!

One of the toughest aspects of a Photo 365 is running out of ideas. I thought since we would be at the half way mark that you would like some! I just released an update to my Photography Assignment Generator App so I thought I'd share a couple from it!

A TO Z
Over the course of the day you will take photographs of items that start with each of the 26 letters of the alphabet! Best of luck with Q, X, and Z!
The image above is from a day at shooting in a coastal community. (B)uoys, (C)hains, (K)ayaks, (L)ighthouse, (P)addles, and (R)ubber Boot!

Or if you don't want to do it all in one day, then:

LETTER OF THE DAY
Pick one letter for the day and only photograph things that start with that letter!

RANDOM STUFF
Random Object:COMB
Random Object/Environment: DRILL/CLOSET
Two Random objects: JEANS/CELL PHONE
Random Object/Technique:DECK OF CARDS/ZOOMING the lens during exposure
Random Place: YOUR BACKYARD

SCAVENGER HUNT
Come up with a list of words/descriptors that you can attempt to find with your camera!

Here's a random list of 10 words

ALONE
BOUNCY
REFLECTIVE
POLITE
LIGHT
CUTTING EDGE
IGNORED
TEXTURED
YELLOW
FUZZY

VERSE TO VISUAL
Illustrate your favourite quote, song lyric, poem, saying, riddle, or book passage with a photograph!

Here's two from the app!
"Carpe Diem! (Seize the Day!)"
"It's Better To Give Than To Receive"

If you missed it, I also posted some assignments in January!

Happy shooting, and good luck finishing your Photo 365!
